Make It an Adventure — 15 km Lazy River Descent
Looking for something a little more adventurous? Add our shuttle service to your kayak rental and enjoy a relaxing 15 km lazy river descent down the Coulonge River.
With our shuttle service, we'll take care of transporting you and your equipment to the starting point, so all you have to do is paddle, float, and enjoy the scenery. The river will bring you all the way back to our base camp, where your car will be waiting for you.
The descent takes approximately 3 hours, and you'll have up to 5 hours to complete the trip, giving you plenty of time to relax and enjoy the river at your own pace.
Shuttle departures are available 4 times daily:
- 9:30 a.m.
- 11:00 a.m.
- 12:00 p.m.
- 1:00 p.m.
It is guest's responsability to arrive on time for their shuttle departures. If you miss your booked departure, you will be taken in the following departure time according to availability. Refunds for the shuttle serive are not available for those who miss their shuttle departure time.
Turn It Into a Full-Day Experience
Want to make a full day of it? Add even more adventure to your river descent with our optional packages:
- Lunch package — enjoy a BBQ meal after your adventure with hambergers, hot dogs, veggies and dip, chips, and 1 non-alcoholic drink.
- Axe throwing — add some friendly competition to your day with 1 hour of axe throwing at our range.
Additional fees apply for the shuttle service, lunch package, and axe throwing.
Every Kayak Rental Includes
Each paddleboard rental comes equipped with:
- Life jacket
- Rope
- Whistle
- Safety equipment
- Map of the Coulonge River
Important Information
- All children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pets are not permitted in the kayaks.
- Please arrive with enough time to get fitted with your equipment and receive your instructions before heading out on the water.
Campground guests receive 10% off all activities and rentals.
Equipment for your activity, life jackets for everyone on the water, a safety briefing before you set off, and shuttle transport where the activity needs it.

- Swimwear and a towel
- Water shoes or sandals that stay on your feet

- A dry change of clothes for afterwards

Leave valuables at your site. Everything on the river gets wet.
